This store was really unique. Love the styles. Only thing the lady working the counter was not friendly and seems to be bother we was in the store.

Amazing company, even with the limited mens selection, I rarely wear anything that didn't come from Burch's. Their stock changes frequently, so theres always something new every time I go in. My fiancé wears almost exclusively clothes she gets from here and loves everything they sell.

The prices may seem high when you're shopping, but everything is $10-20 cheaper than the same thing at places like Boot Barn. It is also easy to get a discount code from a brand rep, which can be used every time you shop.
Anna Kate and the rest of the staff are all very friendly and willing to help you with anything you need.

Remember that this is a small business with only a few employees, so the online store is still being developed. I've seen other reviews with people saying that their orders were canceled. This is probably because it's a small store, so they don't keep much stock, and with the small staff, they can't update the website as soon as something sells out.

This is an amazing store and small business that you should definitely support. I am excited for the store to expand locations soon and expand their selection. (For anyone wondering, I have no affiliation with Burch's, I just really like the store.)

Since I have found this place, I will go no other place. The ladies are awesome. The clothes are great they make you feel like family. Customer service is unbelievable. It helps Glasgow completely. I wish there were more places like it. Love everything about this place.

I do not recommend purchasing online. Waited 2 months for my 1st order, only to have 1 of the items canceled. Gave them a 2nd chance, and still haven't recvd my order. No-one answers emails or messages and they deleted my comment from their FB when I asked about my order. Customer service and shipping is horrible.

Customer service needs a overhaul. Had a online order cancelled I have been messaging the business about the order was told they would look into why. I have been awaiting the response ever since. All messages have been ignored since the initial response. Would not recommend this business.
