This is the only jeweler I will use from now on. I have been blown away by not only the amazing customer service from Tim and Lisa but also their jewelry work. I custom ordered a ring which I thought would be impossible to make (tulip setting, leafy vine work, cathedral style) and they brought my dream to life. They provided wonderful CAD images, communicated well for follow ups and their warranty is also unbeatable. They finished the product 3 week earlier than I expected. Outstanding!

Tim and his crew were extremely helpful in my purchase of a watch. I thought I had researched the options, however their knowledge far exceeded mine. I purchased a Tag Heur. And I have zero buyer's remorse. No pressure and great knowledge, not to mention a great product was a win to say the least. I plan to make future purchases from them as I add to my collection.

I used to work at reeds about 10 years ago, but their standards and level of care have not changed since then. My fiancée and I knew that we wanted to go to Reeds for our wedding/engagement rings because of their flexibility, ability to fulfill visions, and ease of jewelry insurance. Katie & Lisa both helped my fiancée and I along every step of the way. They even dealt with my indecisiveness with grace haha. I would and always will highly recommend Reeds Jewelers to anyone looking for a high quality, reasonably priced, and thoroughly insured (that parts optional) piece of jewelry for themselves or someone they love!

Came to Reed’s due to the crown of my 10 year old Breitling coming out. They facilitated sending the watch to Breitling and advocated for me with how they typed everything up. I really felt like they made sure I was satisfied and taken care of from start to finish with zero holes in their practice. They kept me in the loop the whole time and my watch came back literally looking brand new. Just look at this thing. Thank you Tim and everyone that works here.
