Took my grandfathers ring to Brooks to get a diamond set. I admit I did not do my research. Quoted me $1500 which seemed a bit high but I didn't want to negotiate something so sentimental. They returned the ring to me with some ridiculously tall setting. See the pic below. That was unacceptable and looked terrible. They said that's the only way the diamond could be mounted. I told them there was no way the ring could be worn looking like that. They said I still owe them the $1500. Two days later I took the ring with the ridiculous setting and diamond to Sissy’s Jewelers in Conway. They charged me $200 fixed the ring and it now looks beautiful like it was supposed to.
Please do your research before dealing with Brooks. I feel they saw an opportunity to take advantage of someone and they did.

This is not your typical jewelry store! We live 3 hours away in NWA and still drive to Conway to work with Jeff. Not only do they carry pre-made jewelry for purchase, they can make anything you can dream up. Loose stones need a setting? A ring you would prefer as a necklace? These guys can do it! I took them my wedding band which had stones poking through the backside into my finger. They remanufactured the entire ring, gave it a smooth comfort fit finish and even engraved the interior as I requested. I am so happy with the final product! I get compliments on it all the time.

I recently had some repair work to be done on a wedding set. I went to them because the reviews were good reviews but then you can read any thing into a review that you want. I don’t base this review on anything other than the service and the work done from Brooks Jewlery. After I had the work done, I found it to be exceptional and the quality of work was superior to any place I have been. The customer service was very professional and they did what they said they would do. The price was better than any of the places I checked and they kept in touch with me concerning my order. Now with this said would I recommend this company for your business for the future? Absolutely yes. When a company says they will do something and does it this says a lot in today’s world. They have my business and would highly recommend them for your Jewlery store as well. If I could have given them ten stars I would have. Good job guys.

I went to Brooks to shop for engagement rings because of two close friends recommending them highly, not only on service but on knowledge and for not being pushy salesmen like other jewelers can be. I am a guy so prior to going in I had little experience or knowledge of any jewelry at all. Walking in I was helped by Hunter, the co owner and he educated me on everything I needed to know about purchasing a ring. He was extremely helpful and polite in helping me and so several months later, being ready to purchase I went back and worked with them on making a custom ring for my fiance to something similar that she had found online. I showed them what I wanted, gave them the specs and they had created a render in less than 24 hrs for me. I had it tweaked several times and had them cast it after everything looked good. The ring was created in no time and it was exactly what I had asked for and much cheaper than I would have imagined it would have been! The whole process was awesome and they made it enjoyable and fun. I would recommend Brooks to absolutely anybody. They are super nice, professional and they do all the work and sourcing right there. The quality and price of the ring I purchased could not have been beaten! Even if you aren't ready to purchase and just need to be educated stop in. You won't be disappointed!

Got a beautiful custom engagement ring there. Everything about the experience, from the customer service to the personal attention, and of course the ring, was incredible. We moved to South Carolina, yet we still went to Brooks for the custom matching wedding band. I researched both pieces before buying, and with Brooks I got better quality for the same price as a mall jeweler claiming 75 percent off. When we buy in the future, we'll literally fly across the country rather than buy from anyone else.
