Tienen limitado el acseso solo permiten un par de personas el piso está rotulado entrada salida uso de mascarilla y dan 10% de descuento si eres militar o retirado.

staff was amazing and they helped me find my 10 year old a bunch of gifts for her birthday. makeup jewelry and a pink fantastic beasts owl stuffy. they lady at the register was so kind and helped me find the best deals to get the most for my money. unfortunately the 15.00 coupon I got expired and I was unable to use it on my next visit which bummed me out but it's no ines fault but my own I should have read the small print and returned sooner to take advantage of the great deal. maybe next time I'll get lucky and find more great deals and sweet offers to get more bang for my buck.

This review is for an on line order. Over 2 hours, 5 different representatives I was finally able to place my order! I will NEVER buy a Gift Card from Hot Topic again and I will NEVER order online again. I will probably NEVER shop at Hot Topic again either.

Friendly staff. I have probably outgrown my desire for most of the products in there, but they have some cute hats, jewelry, and little knick knacks that are fun to look at. Definitely still a place to visit at the mall if you're an older alt/goth/emo!

Today I went in with the need to order new pants which I decided to wait until the assistant manager who is always super nice is working or get even though two pair were in store because went in to shop there were 3 employees behind the cashwrap. All on their phones. One sitting down. With 12 people in the store including me. I was in for 25 minutes and while walking the whole store was never talked to. I had a coupon to use andni knew the sales that were going on luckily since they never mentioned them to anyone in the store. There was only one customer the employees talked to and it was only due to them having to check them out. While I was leaving two staff walked out and walked to the pretzel place in the mall while they left the other in the store by themselves which multiple customers needing help. Unprofessional. Unproductive. From a management standpoint the hours they were scheduled were wasted on them.

My wife and I were shopping during a clearance sale and she found a dress she liked. The sale sign, which was right next to the dress, said all orange ticket items were on sale and the dress had an orange ticket. When we went to the checkout the dress rang up as full price. When we asked about the sale price the cashier asked two other employees about it and they said firmly that the item was not on sale. I understand that mistakes happen, but none of them could be bothered to walk 15 ft to the sign and none of them were apologetic about their error. Very bad customer service.

Employees knew their merchandise, nice atmosphere, has everything you'd expect in a hot topic. Decent clothes, like most people I'm only attracted to partial of the selection.

The staff was super friendly. Even with how different hottopic is from back in the day you can still find some adorable cloths and some awesome collectables!
