Such friendly staff. Very pleasant family business. The sewing machine repairman works one day a week so getting a machine back may not be in a timely manner. My machine had another issue when I got it back that was not there when I took it in.
I took it back to the shop. But because the repairman only works one day a week, I decided not to leave it there again.

Took my girlfriends Janome sewing machine in for what should have been a simple mechanical repair and a cleaning( I was told it would take only a few days) and after more than a month of excuses why they hadn’t got it done they told me that it now has an electrical problem and he’s not sure why but it only runs in reverse. Then they told me I would have to take it to Janome .... I was told when I took it in they were a servicing Janome dealer FALSE!!! Also you can’t ever get a strait answer from them . My advice NEVER EVER TRUST YOUR MACHINE TO THEM !!!!

We had a customer Barbra butler that gave us a bad review witch is fine don't mind but as far as her statement they can't be more rong told her several times parts were unavailable she called Janome and other resources and was told the same parts are not available im sorry but it's not our fault you leave a machine at my store for months without picking it up knowing I can't get the parts I appreciate everyone's reviews good or bad just would like if it was the truth thanks very much
