Hello. I recently purchased two whole chicken cheesesteak sandwiches from your store, paying around $20. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed. The order was incorrect — the extra spinach and mushrooms were missing, and the sandwiches were so bland that they were barely enjoyable. I realized the issue after starting to eat while driving, which made it impossible to return to the store and address the problem immediately. Your store has always been associated with quality service, but this experience completely shattered my trust. The money I spent, as well as the time I took to visit your store, have gone to waste.

The best place to stop at and we have been traveling since last week. It had everything we needed. An amazing coffee bar with cold coffee choices. Food was really good, I had brisket tacos. The variety and choices are over the top!! I would like one near me in Western NE please!!! The customer service was spot on!!

The parmesan pretzel was overly salted! The carmel frappe was watery, all coffee, and no carmel flavor AT ALL!! This was the nastiest frappe I have ever had in MY LIFE!! If they had a negative 5 I would give that!!

Love the fact they now serve cold brew coffee, but is def not filling your cup as you may think... Your paying more for less, the coffee is great tho! So I wanted to see, I bought this coffee, cup was completely full, by the time I drove 15 mins down the road to take it to my hubby at work( nothing was rank from it either, nor even a straw put in the lid) , this is the result... Def aren't getting your money's worth but still cost less than going to Starbucks.

As a truck driver is is really nice to stop for a break and have a great experience. This stores customer service is phenomenal! I'm betting it starts from management down. Best Quick Trip I've ever visited!!! 10 stars. Thank you!

Great new location with a commercial diesel island (with DEF at the commercial pumps). QT is my preference and one more location, especially WITH diesel islands is always good. Now, if we can just get them to allow diesel and DEF to at least be pumped without having to re-start all over with the cards...

Very friendly and professional staff, and clean store. No one outside of the store asking for money or a phone number like in the bigger cities. Glad Newton has Quick Trip finally
