Went to get the little rubber piece in the back of the commode and drain
JAMES helped me find what I needed and recommended liquid fire. He even read through directions. I jokingly said if it doesn't work, I'd be back to find him. Lol. Always great customer service at

Store is such a waste nothing ever stocked never have what you want. Lawn mower service never open banker hours. Do not waste your time go to Lowes or Mernard's. This place used to be good now a joke. Wish I could give no stars. Clean up your act or close this store.
Mount Vernon Raual King much better store.

I love how friendly and helpful everyone is! They make sure you are able to find what you need and it's great! We were looking at cattle gates and they came across their lot to help! Ended up having a conversation with a fellow veteran.

I am so pissed. Took my mower to Rural King for a simple oil change get it back 2 weeks later squeaking horribly making a horrible noise that it never made before. Why someone didn't notice it before they brought it to my house loading it or unloading it or even after they fixed it I will never know. I just had a new engine put on my zero turn Gravely the year before it should be in great shape. Now I don't even know if it will run right or mow . it never should have been returned to me in that condition!!! An oil change is all I wanted.. and also years ago my husband and I had taken a mower in to be worked on and they literally brought it back in pieces and put it up against our garage it was no longer a flipping mower it was just pieces! And we have been calling asking to talk to the manager for 5 days but he is never in wth? Paul returns my call after reading this and yells and curses to a woman over the phone
