As this was my my first time going there usually I have decently bad experiences in smoke shops - workers won't pay attention and or don't know what they are talking about but this time- i was immediately welcomed by the newer employee I think her name was Heather she dressed very nice and I believe she wears glasses! she was so open and welcoming making me feel comfortable right away, she knew all the products I needed even showed me some new products I wouldn't even have tried that I loved. Her professionalism and customer service is a huge plus for this business- there was other customers and she served every single one in a timely manner yet still made me feel like i had her sole attention. 👏🏼 she was very helpful with my entire visit. 100% best employee I've encountered in a long time!!! She is the main reason I will be returning to this specific smoke shop. 10/10 !!

I absolutely love this place, although it's employees have changed a bit, as of late. The one thing I absolutely loved about this place in the beginning were the employees. They always answered the phone and were so courteous. I still see alot of nice people and employees there but no one answers the phone anymore, except one gentleman in the evening. For someone like me that can't always get around, I depend on.that phone call. I'm sure I'm not the only one. That's my one and only complaint!

Bought 2 kratom shots from there snd didn't check them before I left the store got home to take one and they had both been opened and water put in them and they would not do anything about it and I have spent thousands in that store

I use to stop in there because it was closer of a drive for me but now I would rather drive further than to spend another dollar in that place, staff is rude, they are way over priced as well if you purchase kratom get ready to spend some money, you can buy the same exact thing at another smoke shop and save like 12 bucks so for me it’s a big thumbs down!!
